Schedule Your No Sweat Intro
Part of what makes CrossFit 286 different from every other gym is the personal attention we give to your fitness, nutrition, goal setting, and accountability.
We truly want to be an amazing fit for every member we have the privilege of coaching.
Your first step is to schedule your No Sweat Intro. Once you schedule, one of our coaches will reach out and introduce themselves to you. During this introduction, they will answer any initial questions you may have.
On the day of your scheduled introduction, your coach will be waiting for you at the gym and will greet you at the door! After this formal introduction, you two will sit down and discuss your goals, exercise history, hope, and concerns. After this conversation, your coach will recommend your next step to help get you to your goals!
