Nutrition

Our Nutrition program (like our CrossFit and On-Ramp Programs) is geared towards helping you make behavioral changes that turn into habits lasting a lifetime. No shakes, no short-term.

All members of CrossFit 286 will have the ability to work with our coaches for personal nutrition coaching. This coaching program includes an initial consultation, a personalized nutrition plan, and one check in for the month for questions and adjustments.

The CrossFit 286 nutrition program is modeled on the idea that there is NO ONE SIZE FITS model for nutrition. By working with our coaches, you will learn how to form a healthy relationship with food, and implement our philosophy into your diet so you can live your life, enjoy the foods you love, and continue to do so year after year!
