Nutrition Coaching with Sarah.
All members of CrossFit 286 will have the ability to work with Sarah for personal nutrition coaching. This coaching program includes an initial consultation, a personalized nutrition plan, and one check in with Sarah for the month for questions and adjustments.
If you would like to work closer with Sarah, there is a monthly Nutrition Coaching option. This includes a personalized supplement protocol, and weekly check-ins with Sarah.
Sarah is trained under Charles Poliquin as a biosignature modulator. This is a method based on the correlation between body fat distribution and possible hormonal imbalances. Hormonal imbalances are often the culprit of stubborn body fat storage and other health concerns such as poor sleep, low energy, impaired cognitive function, and more. BioSignature Modulation focuses on addressing these imbalances to improve body composition and health.
